The rear plastic latch appears to be broken. Items sold as PARTS ONLY do not have a warranty. We include a 30-day warranty. There is no hard drive included.

The tape drive seems to also power cycle and just make noise. Part numbers of individual items are in the photos. Memory part numbers indicate each stick is 512MB but PLEASE VERIFY this. NEER is based in Salem, NH.

CPU spec is unknown. The CPU fan is dead/seized. It powers up and outputs a video signal as shown, but seems to be in boot loop it never shows anything else other than what is on the screen. The case cover was hard to put back on, and now it wont come off.

There are broken propellers on the fan.
